Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
 

We want your shopping experience with us to be a good one. We strive to provide excellent service and to accurately ship our customers orders in 48 hours or less. It is important that you inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If you notice your product is damaged or incorrect please call our customer service department immediately at 888-610-8889 between 8am and 4pm PST M-F.

 Items That May Be Returned 

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging.
  • Merchandise that was not shipped correctly.
  • Merchandise that has not been installed.

 Items That May Not Be Returned 

  • Items with shrink wrap that is missing or torn,
  • Merchandise that is not in it's original unopened packaging.
  • Merchandise that is used or shows signs of installation
  • Merchandise that is returned with writing on the packaging.
  • Discontinued merchandise
  • Special order merchandise
  • Products under $ 15.00 in value.
  • Items that were purchased over 30 days ago.
  • No credit will be given for keying charges.
  • No credit will be given for shipping charges. 

Defective Merchandise 

We will immediately replace defective or incorrect items at our expense. 

Return Process

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. We have a 30 day return period. Items must be returned within 30 days from shipment date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded. To ensure a hassle free return, please follow these steps:

1. Call our customer service department at 1-888-610-8889 

2. We will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form that you must include in your return package. 

3. Follow the general return instructions in the email we send you and ship the package back via UPS or USPS. It is advised that you obtain a tracking number, receipt, or confirmation of your shipment. 

4. Send your return back to our warehouse for processing. We can not issue credit for any items that are damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging. 

5. Please allow 7-10 business days, depending on what shipping method you select, for the return to be received back at our warehouse. 

6. Once the return is received back at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for our credit department to issue a refund less restocking fees and shipping costs.

Shipping 

  • We will ship your entire order Via USPS or UPS for a flat rate of $5.95 for cabinet hardware and $8.95 for all other products.
  • You pay only one flat rate to ship your order. In other words, if you order both cabinet hardware and door hardware items, your entire shipping rate is only $ 8.95
  • All Emtek products ship for free.
  • Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after your order is placed.
  • When you order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Free Shipping On Emtek Hardware: 

  • All Emtek brand products are made to order at the Emtek warehouse in Southern California.
  • Emtek orders are typically shipped from the warehouse within 3-4 days after your order is placed
  • We offer free regular ground shipping on all Emtek Products.
